Department: Perioperative Services

The Clinical Nurse Educator of Perioperative Services will provide leadership, clinical coaching and mentorship to the perioperative portfolio. The Clinical Nurse Educator will work in collaboration with the program's leadership team to establish and develop standards of work, policies, procedures, as well as provide educational opportunities and support the delivery of quality patient care and excellence in professional and clinical nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program required
• Master of Nursing (MN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) required
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent clinical nursing experience (within the past 2–3 years) in one or more of the following areas:
