Department: Diabetes Education Centre

The Diabetes Education Centre provides assessment, education, and ongoing support to individuals living with diabetes and their families through a multidisciplinary outpatient program. As the Centre's Registered Dietitian, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of Registered Nurses and a Registered Social Worker to deliver individualized nutrition counselling, diabetes self-management education, and group programming. Serving a diverse patient population, the Centre also offers access to specialized services including diabetes and pregnancy counselling, a provincially designated paediatric diabetes program, and an insulin pump program, making this an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of the community.
