This role involves direct interaction with customers during the vehicle buying process and requires a passion for guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless transaction, conducting follow-ups post-sale, and contributing to dealership initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle vehicle sales according to dealership policies
• Ensure customer satisfaction during and after purchase
• Prospect and generate leads to enhance sales performance
• Initiate follow-up communications with customers post-delivery
• Assist with other duties assigned by management for business growth
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in any field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales, luxury preferred
• Current Class 'G' Driver's license for Ontario
