Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor who brings attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. The role includes frontline guest interactions, revenue reconciliation, and audit functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Welcome and greet all guests, execute check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries and assist guests in a professional manner.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and process new reservations.
• Accurately follow all cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure guest security by proper handling of guest room keys and personal information.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
• Administer all night audit functions; balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
