Job summary: At Jasper Inn & Suites, the Night Auditor is a key member of the Front Office team, overseeing overnight operations, verifying guest accounts, balancing charges and revenues, and supporting all aspects of guest services.

Job responsibilities:

• Balance credit/debit card transactions, conduct rooms audit and verify rate over‑rides; complete balance of preliminary audit; reset and backup POS system.
• Prepare Front Desk and Reconciliation report; generate night security report; reconcile daily manual postings and adjustments.
