The night kitchen porter is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleaning, sanitation and cost of operations consistent within the Food and Beverage goals and objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs duties in line with the Back of House departmental “Standard Operating Procedures” and complies with all Back of House and relevant hotel policies and procedures.
