Position Details

• Role : Vernon Jubilee Hospital is hiring a Permanent Full Time Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with Hospitalists, General Practitioners, and Nurse Practitioners to manage the care of a designated group of inpatients. The NP will be responsible for directing clinical care, engaging in both short-term and long-term planning in collaboration with the inter-professional team, and coordinating transitions of care.
