Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Care & Injury Management (40%)

  • Provide walk-in triage, treatment, and follow-up care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct return-to-work evaluations and collaborate with HSE and leadership to ensure safe reintegration.
  • Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with applicable health regulations.
  • Perform drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.

• Health Monitoring & Wellness Promotion (30%)

  • Deliver wellness coaching on topics such as smoking cessation, stress management, weight loss, and chronic disease prevention.
  • Monitor employee health indicators (e.g., blood pressure, weight) and provide guidance on improving health outcomes.
