Responsibilities
- Assist dispatchers with their daily paperwork, scanning and copying reports
- Assist payroll and invoicing administrator with daily paperwork
- Answers phone calls and direct them as needed and assist with the set-up of customer orders
- Maintain up to date filing records of company documentation
- Manages requests for pick-up or delivery.
- Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues
- Fields emails from customers to the appropriate departments
- Data entry in Axon
- Organize and maintain office files and supplies
