Main Purpose of the Role

Supporting Country's activity by managing and executing all administrative/Head Quarter local country's activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general office operations.
• Purchase office supplies and equipment.
• Produce reports.
• Work with banks.
• Manage agreements with suppliers and vehicle liability.
• Handle local regulations.
• Provide bookkeeping for all accounts (P&L; and Balance Sheet).
• Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including payment process.
• Process employee's expenses reports.
