The Office Manager will serve as the on-site point person responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and highly functional office environment supporting a fast-growing data center project team.

This role owns the day-to-day workplace experience, including onboarding and offboarding logistics, office supplies, seating and space coordination, badge and building access, mail and package handling, and facilities support. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, people-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, construction-adjacent environment.

This is an onsite role supporting a long-term project at one of the largest AI data center campuses in the country.
