Our client, a construction contractor located in the south end of Ottawa, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This in‑office role offers the opportunity to support a small, close‑knit organization with flexible working hours.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling outstanding balances
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Perform bank reconciliations, verifying transactions and ensuring financial records align with bank statements
