Key Responsibilities

Executive Administration (40%)

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and provide daily briefings for the President and CFO.
  • Oversee and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate all business travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, and prepare expense reports.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for executive and meetings.
  • Coordinate personal appointments, household schedules, family-related commitments, and personal/work travel logistics and reservations.
