Purpose:

To manage efficient fresh milk procurement on the assigned route by ensuring milk quality, accurate farmer payments, and smooth operation of chilling infrastructure, while supporting farmers through veterinary services, education, and rural development initiatives.

**Roles & Responsibiltiy:**

Fresh Milk procurement

Take care of milk quality in respect of fat / SNF, bacteriological load,Antibiotics, Aflatoxins and Pesticide residue.

Control milk difference and over payments.

Ensure correct payment to farmers

Maintain good operation in Chilling centers and Farm cooling tanks

Control and supply store material to agents as per norms.

Development of new villages, selection of agents, and their replacement.

To carry out survey as and when asked.

To maintain good public relation with farmers and attend to complaints in the field.
