FortisBC is seeking an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Business Partner to join our Contractor Safety Management team. This full‑time, exempt, regular position is eligible for short‑term incentive. The role focuses on ensuring FortisBC’s contractor safety management programme complies with business needs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

Work closely with the contractor community in an OHS advisory capacity. Build partnerships to achieve common safety goals. Lead and participate in contractor safety forums and meetings. Provide subject‑matter expertise on contractor safety management and ensure compliance with procedures, standards and regulations. Support contractor safety management initiatives such as system review, onboarding, risk assessment, field inspections, safety learning engagement, toolbox meetings, incident investigation, performance evaluation and training.
