We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing US-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company, who required a Onboarding Coordinator to support a structured onboarding team that processes new therapist hires across multiple US states.

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists from the moment they accept their offer. Your job is to guide them through each step of the onboarding process, keep them moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
