About This Opportunity
Key Responsibilities: 1. Workforce & Shift Coordination Manage daily attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism tracking using a system (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Excel + biometrics). Coordinate coverage for last-minute absences in collaboration with team leads. Maintain shift calendars, rotation schedules, and time-off request logs. 2. Onboarding Execution (post-acceptance) Collect and verify new hire documents (RFC, CURP, IMSS, NSS, proof of address, background check consent). Issue employment contracts in line with Mexican labor law (LFT). Coordinate first-day setup: equipment, access badges, system logins, IT tickets. 3. Compliance & Documentation Tracking Track probation periods, contract expirations, and visa renewals (if applicable). Ensure timely delivery of digital/printed pay stubs in coordination with payroll.
