Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00a-4:30p; Friday 8:00a-12:00p; flexible for part-time coverage

Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults and rounding

EMR: Medent (clinic) and Epic (hospital)

Required Skills: Hematology and oncology care including outpatient management, consults, and treatment planning with occasional inpatient involvement

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Hematology/Oncology)

Licensure: New York license required

Support: Large, established practice with physician and NP support; shared call rotation with minimal weekend burden
