About This Opportunity

Operador planta de tratamiento de aguas – AGA Tepotzotlán

We are looking for a WWTP Shift Operator who will manage the full wastewater treatment process while supporting environmental compliance at our AGA Tepotzotlán plant. The plant is dedicated to the production of water‑based paints, coatings, and waterproofing products.

Location: Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico.

Working hours: rotating shifts. You will report to the supervisor and work closely with other operators and departments. No direct reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate and control wastewater treatment systems, including MBR, physicochemical processes, and evaporators.
  • Manage and monitor industrial and sanitary wastewater treatment, adjusting operations based on plant needs, system conditions, and water volumes.
