**Operations Automation Specialist:**
The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is strongly focused on hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical delivery, enabling operational efficiency across PCC Service Hubs.

+ You will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve service delivery efficiency across PCC Service Hubs, helping teams reduce manual effort and increase quality and consistency.
