Job Summary
You do not need to be a technical fire sprinkler expert to succeed in this role. We need a master organizer. You will manage daily remote workflows using JobProgress, optimize logistics, coordinate schedules, and ensure our projects cross the finish line on time and on budget.
Duties
Oversee day-to-day remote business operations and workflows.
Maximize the use of JobProgress to track projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and schedule field teams, contractors, and project managers.
Track project timelines, resource allocation, and budget profitability.
Streamline communication between sales, administrative, and field teams.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee material procurement logistics.
Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience using JobProgress software is highly preferred.
