Role Overview

The Operations & Inventory Manager is responsible for leading operational execution and inventory strategy to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable business operations. This role combines hands‑on ownership of inventory and supply chain processes with broader operational leadership, with a strong focus on driving business excellence through continuous improvement, performance management, and process optimisation.

Working cross‑functionally with procurement, engineering, finance, and project teams, the role ensures that materials, components, and equipment are available when needed, while also enhancing operational workflows, strengthening governance, and embedding best practices across the organisation. ...
