Salary: TE2 $76,675.00 - $94,665.00 per year.

Duties

Reporting to the Director of Assets and Capital Planning or designate, the incumbent provides technical advice to senior management, procurement services, property managers, and maintenance staff. The position manages capital projects, insurance claims, and coordinates the scheduling of trades staff and/or contractors and building superintendents for specialized maintenance. Responsibilities include renovation, reconstruction, technical repair work, and safe installation of equipment with minimum disruption to tenants.
