Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will manage building operations at 312 Main and play a key role in driving sales, building and improving systems, processes, and partner relationships that support leasing, marketing, and long‑term sustainability.

• Design and execute business development strategies for basement, ground, and second‑floor spaces to drive revenue and community impact.
• Lead sales, tours, and partnership outreach to prospective members, tenants, and community organizations.
