Position Summary

Operations & Reconciliation Analyst supporting Harbourfront Wealth Group of Companies. This role can be based in Vancouver, BC, Winnipeg, MB, or Burlington, ON. The analyst reports to the Director of Fee Administration & Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform fee reconciliation, billable and non-billable securities reconciliation analysis.
• Update securities mapping as custodian data changes.
• Execute calculations and analysis on platform data outputs.
• Investigate and resolve fee and operation anomalies.
• Audit transactions, holdings and performance as required.
• Support ongoing special projects as assigned.
• Generate, oversee and review daily, monthly and quarterly statements.
• Collect and extract data from vendors and internal systems to support other departments.
• Maintain procedures to reflect current activities.
