Job Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate labor and material resources to meet daily production plans.
• Lead and support product transfer projects, working closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams.
• Implement and promote the use of continuous improvement tools, such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
