This role will be key in ensuring proper execution of operations, high-quality customer service, and achievement of commercial goals in both car rentals and pre-owned vehicle sales.
Responsibilities - Supervise teams of 5 to 10 employees across operations, sales, and customer service
- Resolve operational issues and ensure productivity at the point of sale
- Propose and implement commercial strategies to drive branch profitability
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs and NPS)
- Coordinate administrative activities with corporate departments
- Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members
- Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and quality standards
- Support operational activities when required
