Overview

As a Operations Supervisor (Repair and Overhaul) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing daily repair and overhaul activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of operations. This role leads a team of technicians, manages workflow, monitors turnaround times (TAT), backlog, and past‑due units, and ensures all repairs meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. The supervisor drives performance through coaching, communication, and continuous improvement. You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON location on an on-site work schedule.
