The Operations Supervisor coordinates their team’s activities and monitors that all operational work and tasks for their team are completed in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Oversees and provides hands‑on guidance, direction and training to their crew as required. The Operations Supervisor has primary responsibility for training and assisting their team members in interpretation of procedures and production status. The Operations Supervisor must be able to be technically proficient in all areas of the plant. As Operations Supervisor, the incumbent must be able to plan and organize workloads and resource requirements and manage their area of responsibility so all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. As incumbent works 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts, is responsible for all plant site activities as the senior Company representative on site during non‑business hours (i.e. evenings, nights, and weekends).
