Descripción General:
OPEX Specialists are process owners and system experts for Logistic Operations processes and systems (SAP, eSystems and other automation tools) used by the Customer Experience organization.
They focus on process and system improvements and troubleshooting.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Regional process owner and expert
- Business Rules: Work closely with CX, other Supply Chain functions and Commercial to ensure business rule alignment and adherence.
- System key user for SAP, SAP interfaces, logistics tools (TMS, INTRA), Order Cockpit 2.0.
System maintenance and support
- Lead and support process and system troubleshooting for Customer Experience
- Knowledge retention - ensure regular review of process documentation.
- Focus on process and system improvements and automations to support day-to-day activities of Customer Experience
