About This Opportunity
**Job Duties**:
- Automate HR processes (talent management, onboarding, payroll, self-service) with AI to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Develop user-friendly, AI-driven Virtual Assistant interfaces for HR professionals and employees
- Continuously optimize AI models based on user feedback and evolving business needs to ensure accurate and personalized support
- Analyze Virtual Assistant interaction data to identify trends and improve AI models and HR processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI models seamlessly with Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Stay updated on AI trends in conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning, incorporating innovations into the Virtual Assistant
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues across platforms
- Document AI configurations, processes, and integration guidelines; train internal teams on AI features and best practices
