**Major accountabilities**:- Support the operational implementation of the company's strategic objectives through the proper management and oversight of the sales processes carried out by the Order Management department- Contribute to various activities and projects that support decision-making and the achievement of goals.
- Manage and control sales processes from the moment that the customer submits their purchase orders until they are processed and invoiced, ensuring they comply with the company's established guidelines.
