This is a customer-facing role that manages the order and shipment process for HP products and services with HP's corporate end customers as well as our indirect channel partners (those who sell to end customers).
This role monitors and problem solves so that the operational flow of orders from initial order capture in our SAP system through to final shipment and billing is done properly and correctly.
You will interact with customers throughout the process keeping them informed as to order status and answering inquiries, as well as trouble shooting system and process problems, both within SAP and with adjacent systems and organizations.
