OT Regulatory Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven OT Regulatory Maintenance Manager to lead a critical function that supports regulatory compliance, operational resilience and environmental protection across our business.

The role

In this key leadership role, you’ll take responsibility for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across OT regulatory assets, ensuring they remain safe, compliant and operating effectively.

You’ll lead a team of skilled maintenance professionals and work closely with colleagues across Operations, Asset Management and IT to develop and deliver maintenance strategies aligned to regulatory requirements such as the Environment Act 2021 and MCERTS standards.
