About This Role

Motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic medical doctor required to provide out of hours medical cover for the In-Patient Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide out of hours cover for the In-patient Unit.
• Weekday on-call from Monday to Thursday, 5.00pm to 8.00am.
• Weekend on-call from Friday 5.00pm to Monday 8.00am.
• Work as part of an approximately 1 in 7 out-of-hours rota.
• Consultant support available at all times.
• Non-resident on-call arrangement.

On-Call Requirement & Payment

An on-call allowance of £400 per month will be payable for undertaking on-call responsibilities as part of the rota.

Essential Qualifications

• Medical qualification.
• Current GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Medical indemnity cover appropriate for the advertised post.
