Job Description:

**Summary**

+ Design of new packaging solutions (e.g., trays, tubes, etc.)
+ Optimization of existing packaging solutions and processes
+ Initiation and execution of packaging-related OMP and VAVE projects
+ Provide packaging support to other departments (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, EHS, etc.)
+ Improve packaging quality and ensure responsibility for packaging performance
+ Work on environmental packaging initiatives (e.g., weight reduction aligned with ISO 14001)
+ Drive packaging standardization
+ Order components and create/manage shipping documents for new project

**Your main tasks**

+ Develop and optimize manual and automated packaging concepts based on TE standards
