The Logistics & Development role within HP PageWide Industrial Operations is responsible for driving the design, development, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end logistics processes. This position plays a critical role in enabling a scalable, resilient, and cost‑effective logistics for our high‑value, low‑volume industrial business, supporting global ops like press manufacturing, customs, fulfillment, and installation operations. The role acts as a subject‑matter expert (SME) across supply chain processes and systems, working cross‑functionally with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Regional Operations.

• Design, develop, document and improve end‑to‑end logistics processes.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and risks, and lead structured improvement initiatives.
• Support the standardization of processes to reduce complexity while enabling business scalability.
