Why This Role Exists

Foundation is actively building and maturing our Paid Media function. We’re managing multi-channel programs for B2B clients with long sales cycles and high deal values — and we need skilled executors who can bring those programs to life with precision.

This role exists to support and execute the paid media strategies set by our Paid Media Strategists. You’re the person who makes the plan real: building campaigns, managing optimizations, maintaining tracking integrity, and surfacing performance insights across your assigned accounts.

Who This Role Is For

• Comfortable operating across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads — you’re platform-agnostic and pick up new platforms quickly
• Execution-focused: you take a clear brief and run with it without needing to be managed step by step
