Position Summary

The field of paramedicine has come a long way from the Napoleonic wars where soldiers were transported by cart from the frontlines of battle to field hospitals. This survey course will trace the pivotal historical, social, and political factors that have contributed to the development of paramedicine and the paramedic profession as we know it today.

Qualifications – Required Academic Degree: Master’s Degree in either Leadership, Public Administration, or Paramedicine.
