The Paralegal will provide support to the various activities of the Legal Department, including contract management, real estate, intellectual property (IP) management, corporate and jurisdictional compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), disputes/litigation, employment and other areas and projects as assigned.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel and VP, Legal Affairs, the Paralegal will be an integral member of the Legal Department, helping to ensure efficiency, timeliness and legal/regulatory compliance.
