Join Side by Side Therapy as a part-time ABA Instructor Therapist in Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA strategies directed by a Senior Therapist.
This position focuses on delivering effective, individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs to children in their homes or communities. The right candidates will maintain communication with parents, document progress, and attend training conferences as required. Collaboration with team members and effective communication are essential to success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA techniques as directed by Senior Therapist
• Deliver direct services in home or community settings
• Record and graph behavioral data accurately
• Document progress with detailed notes
• Communicate regularly with Senior Therapist and BCBA
