Deliver exceptional nutritional care as a part time Dietitian with St. Joseph’s Home Care in the HNHB region. This role focuses on supporting clients with diverse health and dietary needs.
As a Dietitian in the Integrated Comprehensive Care Program, you will assess and monitor clients' nutritional status, educate individuals and teams on therapeutic nutrition, and develop personalized service plans. Your expertise will primarily aid seniors and individuals facing mental health or mobility challenges while collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team.
