Path to Head of Partner Success
This is a department‑building role. For the first three months it resembles a customer‑success position: you work the evening window of 18:00‑23:00 in your time zone, live with our partners, handle onboarding, issues, integration questions, and edge cases. The main outcome during this period is documentation – every conversation becomes an SOP, each issue a script, every edge case a process. You build the playbook while you run it.
You hire and train a replacement to cover the evening window, then step up to Head of Partner Success. Your hours move to standard daytime and you begin building the team.
