This role provides professional support to BMO Partners by assisting with inquiries, account openings, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance. It focuses on delivering exceptional service and investment‑related guidance to customers and prospects, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Support & Relationship Management: Acts as the primary point of contact for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners, providing timely and accurate support across a range of investment‑related services.
- Ownership & Follow‑Through: Owns and follows up on complex files, making it easy for Partners to do business and inspiring confidence in our processes, service standards, and overall brand.
