Key Responsibilities
Support on-site customer service operations by ensuring timely, accurate parts availability.Process customer orders: stage, prepare, and track kitted parts for maintenance activities; (picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and material handling).Process returns, credits, and component core returns with complete documentation.Communicate parts ETAs, shipping options, and freight estimates to internal and external stakeholders.Follow up on expedited parts requests from the customer and PSSRs until fully resolved.Execute Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), including bin checks and replenishment. Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.Other functions may include but are not limited to:
