Pastry and cold section chef position within Hovdestøylen, a high‑quality alpine destination. The role reports directly to the Head Chef and focuses on desserts, baking, and sweet flavors.
Work Assignments
- Mice en place
- Preparation of hot and cold food
- Ensure that all guests have a very good dining experience
- Ensure that the area is tidy and presentable
- HACCP control
- Contribute to a good atmosphere in the kitchen
- General kitchen/dishwashing work
Wanted Qualifications
- Good professional knowledge, preferably with a focus on pastry, desserts, and starters
- Basic knowledge of Nordic and international cuisine
- Experience from similar positions
- High degree of flexibility to cope with rapid changes and decisions
- Speak fluent Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) and/or English
- Benefit from a driving licence and car
