Job Description

AbbVie is looking for a Patient Engagement Manager (PEM) who will report to the Lead, Patient Engagement and be responsible for building strategic long‑term relationships with patient associations and other stakeholders, aligning priorities, and planning activities that impact decision makers. The role is based in Canada (Ontario or Quebec) and involves working in the field covering Canada.

Responsibilities

• Understands patient engagement, advocacy and centricity in order to provide input within the patient journey to inform corporate & brand strategies and improve the patient experience.
• Build strategic, long‑term relationships with patient associations to understand patients’ needs and concerns, identify stakeholders and influencers, align mutual priorities and plan activities that impact decision makers.
