**Summary**:
The Disbursement Analyst is responsible for processing all vendor invoices payments and associated activities according to schedule with acute attention to detail.
The incumbent communicates with purchasing buyers, tax analysts, internal customers, and Hershey's bank representatives to facilitate timely and accurate entry of payment data.
Individual supports the entire payment process as needed, contributing to the efficient and effective flow of work.
Working with a continuous improvement mindset and continually identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and standardizations.
