**Position Responsibilities**- Reconcile timesheets and pay-related data each period, adhering to company policy and national legal requirements.
- Manage payroll and reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timeliness.
- Process requests related to IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot and local / federal payroll taxes.
- Calculate severance payments and administer company benefits.
- Evaluate and enhance internal processes using the Workday and Tress systems.
