About This Opportunity
Payroll Analyst 2 Education - Minimum Requirements: High school education, preferably a technical degree or a truncated degree, as long as you have at least 2 years of experience in the Payroll area.
- If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related degree, you may be a recent graduate, even if you have no experience.
- A Bachelor's degree and experience are preferred.
Experience - Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of education for a Bachelor's degree, a technical degree, or a truncated degree.
- No experience is required if you have a Bachelor's degree.
- It is desirable to have as much experience as possible within the Payroll area.
Knowledge - Payroll system management: preferably Eslabón, but not essential; another payroll system is acceptable.
- Good command of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Social Security, Infonavit, Income Tax Law, Federal Labor Law.
